CPAs Thomas Neuhoff and Linda Cooper have an update on the status of that Health & Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions (HEROES) Act and what it could mean down the road – right now, the almost 2,0000-page document has only been passed by the House of Representatives (on May 15).
There are likely changes ahead for the successor to the ongoing CARES act, but the HEROES Act may indeed include another round of stimulus payments, changes to Paycheck Protection Loans, modifications to tax credits, and more.
