Abigail Sanders graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree in 2021. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
Abigail began her career with Henry & Peters as an intern in 2020 before joining the firm full-time in 2021. She currently provides assurance and advisory services for a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, construction companies, employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, and other small businesses.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Abigail is actively involved in Grace Community Church in Tyler and supports local organizations such as the East Texas Food Bank and United Way. She is also an engaged member of the University of Texas at Tyler Alumni Association.
Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with her family, often exploring local parks, traveling, or relaxing with a good book.
