Joshua D. Machiavello, CPA

Josh graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Taxation and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career working in the Corporate Federal Tax Group at the Dallas office of a global accounting firm. In 2012, he returned to his hometown of Tyler and joined Henry & Peters where he provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates. Josh serves a broad range of clientele including retail, professional service providers, software, home health, manufacturing, and private wealth tax services for high-net-worth individuals and family groups. 

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the East Texas Estate Planning Council. Josh has served on the boards and finance committees of several local nonprofits, such as the East Texas Youth Orchestra and Tyler Innovation Pipeline. He is an active member of the Tyler Primitive Baptist Church, where he is a deacon.

Josh and his wife, Rachel, enjoy spending time serving in church ministries, traveling, hunting, hiking, and camping in the great outdoors.
